Equitherm use a Flir P620 camera with a 640 x 480 resolution and 45 mk which gives us the highest sensitivity in the world . Especially adapted for Equine use our cameras are the best in the world and capture surface temperature relating to living organisms. Measuring the smallest changes arising from stress, trauma or injury our equipment will identify changes relating to injury before the animal is clinically lame allowing for proactive treatment to take place before serious injury.
Equitherm advises that a Thermographer working with animals should be using a minimum of a 320 x 240 resolution.
We sell Flir cameras within this range but do not sell anything below this level. We supply first hand and second hand cameras to trained technicians only.
